Step One

Download this form below and fill out each Page. Submit the Form by:


• Take a photo of each page and send it to our Office at (443)851-1973

Once submited, please proceed to step 2,If you have any questions about Step 1, please call our office.

Step Two

Use your smartphone to take a photo of the following related tax forms and identification:


• W2, 1099 forms, or Unemployment Form
• Copy of Drivers License.
• Copy of Social Security Card(s).
**Please be sure that your information is clearly visible in the Photograph.**

Step Three

• Use your smartphone to take a selfie of you, along with the following forms of identification: Text your selfie(s) with your identification (from Step 3) to the Abbasi Tax Services office at:

**We will confirm receipt of your information.**

Step Four

• Collect your Money!

Once your documents have been sibmitted and received, we will process your tax returns, Once your returns is completed, you money will either be deposited directly into your Bank Account, or we will provide you with a check.
